TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

Customer's personal data is any information in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" received by the Operator from the User when providing legal services.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This personal data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") has been developed on the basis of Federal Law No. 152–FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006 and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of the Operator's personal data.

1.2.The Policy regulates the issues of processing personal visitors to the website https://mashaflower.com / (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), including their representatives (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data Subjects").

3.2 The Operator guarantees that the content and volume of the processed personal data correspond to the stated purposes of processing, and the processed personal data themselves are not redundant in relation to the stated purposes of their processing.

3.3 The subjects of personal data are citizens who have become familiar with the Personal Data Processing Policy and have consented to the processing of personal data.

4. PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

4.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without time limit, in any lawful way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without the use of such tools.

4.2.The processing of personal data begins from the moment of receipt of personal data, namely: from the moment of filling out the application on the Website or sending the application via a phone call from the staff of the Flower Delivery Service of IP Glazacheva N.A. After filling in all the fields for submitting the application, the person wishing to receive the Service confirms the correctness and reliability of the data provided by him and expresses a desire to submit an application by activating a field such as "Next" or another similar in function. At the same time, the person puts a "V" sign in front of a column such as "I agree with the Personal Data Processing Policy", "I consent to the processing of personal data".

4.3. Any information that is transmitted to the Operator orally or in writing via the Internet information and telecommunication network or otherwise is considered confidential. When using certain services, the Personal Data Subject agrees that a certain part of his personal information becomes publicly available.

4.4. Personal data is stored in a form that allows the User to be identified, within the time limits specified in the Consent to the processing of personal data.

4.5. The Operator is obliged to take measures to ensure the protection of personal data of Personal Data Subjects from unauthorized or accidental access to them by third parties, including measures to destroy, modify, block, restrict copying and (or) distribution.

4.7. The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User can revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an e-mail notification to the Operator's e-mail address (glazacheva15@gmail.com ) marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data and (or) images".

5. UPDATING, CORRECTION, DELETION AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA, RESPONDING TO REQUESTS FROM SUBJECTS FOR ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

5.1. The User has the right to request the Operator to provide information regarding the processing of his personal data, clarify personal data, block or destroy them if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing (hereinafter referred to as the "Request").

1. Общие условия

1.1. Оказание услуг, предоставление материалов осуществляет Самозанятый Глазачева Наталья Александровна. 

1.2. Сайт создан в целях предоставления Пользователю возможности надлежащего оформления сделки по покупке букетов цветов.

1.3. Сайт содержит материалы и сервисы, принадлежащие Самозанятому Глазачевой Наталье Александровне.

1.4. Использование материалов и сервисов Сайта регулируется нормами действующего законодательства Российской Федерации.

1.5. Для получения доступа к материалам Сайта Пользователю необходимо выполнить следующие действия:

• заполнить форму-заявку;
• получить бесплатную консультацию;
• подтвердить согласие на оказание услуг, предоставляемых Самозанятым Глазачевой Натальей Александровной в сфере оказания услуг по доставке цветов.

1.6. Получая доступ к материалам Сайта, Пользователь считается присоединившимся к настоящему Соглашению.

1.7. Пользователь может использовать материалы Сайта и предоставляемые на Сайте сервисы следующим образом: для личного использования в некоммерческих целях с соблюдением всех требований авторского права, использование раздаточных материалов в виде хранения и применения в профессиональной деятельности.

2. Обязательства Пользователя

2.1. Пользователь соглашается не предпринимать действий и не оставлять комментарии и записи, которые могут рассматриваться как нарушающие российское законодательство или нормы международного права, в том числе в сфере интеллектуальной собственности, авторских и/или смежных прав, общепринятые нормы морали и нравственности, а также любых действий, которые приводят или могут привести к нарушению нормальной работы Сайта и сервисов Сайта.

2.2. Использование материалов Сайта без согласия правообладателей не допускается.

2.3. При цитировании материалов Исполнителя Заказчик обязуется указывать ссылку на источник (имя автора курса), в том числе в аккаунтах, сайтах, мессенджерах, социальных сетях, Интернете.

2.4. Администрация Сайта не несет ответственности за посещение и использование им внешних ресурсов, ссылки на которые могут содержаться на Сайте.

2.5. Администрация Сайта не несет ответственности и не имеет прямых или косвенных обязательств перед Пользователем в связи с любыми возможными или возникшими потерями или убытками, связанными с любым содержанием Сайта, регистрацией авторских прав и сведениями о такой регистрации, товарами или услугами, доступными на или полученными через внешние сайты или ресурсы либо иные контакты Пользователя, в которые он вступил, используя размещенную на Сайте информацию или ссылки на внешние ресурсы.

2.6. Пользователь согласен с тем, что Администрация Сайта не несет какой-либо ответственности и не имеет каких-либо обязательств в связи с рекламой, которая может быть размещена на Сайте.

3. Прочие условия

3.1. Все возможные споры, вытекающие из настоящего Соглашения или связанные с ним, подлежат разрешению в соответствии с действующим законодательством Российской Федерации.

3.2. Признание судом какого-либо положения Соглашения недействительным или не подлежащим принудительному исполнению не влечет недействительности иных положений Соглашения.

3.3. Бездействие со стороны Администрации Сайта в случае нарушения кем-либо из Пользователей положений Соглашения не лишает Администрацию Сайта права предпринять позднее соответствующие действия в защиту своих интересов и защиту авторских прав на охраняемые в соответствии с законодательством материалы Сайта, которые могут выражаться в использовании материалов любым способом, в том числе копирования и распространения на иных ресурсах, в том числе Интернет.

3.4. Администрация Сайта вправе в любое время в одностороннем порядке изменять условия настоящего Соглашения. Такие изменения вступают в силу по истечении 3 (трех) календарных дней с момента размещения новой версии Соглашения на сайте. При несогласии Пользователя с внесенными изменениями он обязан отказаться от доступа к Сайту, прекратить использование материалов и сервисов Сайта.

5.1. The Seller guarantees that all flowers are fresh and correspond to the description at the time of delivery.

5.2. Flowers are a perishable product. Returns and exchanges are not possible after delivery, except in the following cases:

5.3. In such cases, the Buyer may request a replacement or partial refund.

8.1. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations.

8.2. If agreement is not reached, the parties may contact the local consumer protection department (Consumer Protection Board) or the court.

1. The delivery time must be agreed upon with a representative by telephone. Delivery times are at least 1 hour apart. During peak periods, delivery times may be extended.
