TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This personal data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") has been developed on the basis of Federal Law No. 152–FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006 and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of the Operator's personal data.

4. PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

4.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without time limit, in any lawful way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without the use of such tools.

4.2.The processing of personal data begins from the moment of receipt of personal data, namely: from the moment of filling out the application on the Website or sending the application via a phone call from the staff of the Flower Delivery Service of IP Glazacheva N.A. After filling in all the fields for submitting the application, the person wishing to receive the Service confirms the correctness and reliability of the data provided by him and expresses a desire to submit an application by activating a field such as "Next" or another similar in function. 5. UPDATING, CORRECTION, DELETION AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA, RESPONDING TO REQUESTS FROM SUBJECTS FOR ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

1.6. Получая доступ к материалам Сайта, Пользователь считается присоединившимся к настоящему Соглашению.

1.7. Пользователь может использовать материалы Сайта и предоставляемые на Сайте сервисы следующим образом: для личного использования в некоммерческих целях с соблюдением всех требований авторского права, использование раздаточных материалов в виде хранения и применения в профессиональной деятельности.

2. Обязательства Пользователя

2.1. Пользователь соглашается не предпринимать действий и не оставлять комментарии и записи, которые могут рассматриваться как нарушающие российское законодательство или нормы международного права, в том числе в сфере интеллектуальной собственности, авторских и/или смежных прав, общепринятые нормы морали и нравственности, а также любых действий, которые приводят или могут привести к нарушению нормальной работы Сайта и сервисов Сайта.
