Free delivery within Bang Tao, Kamala, Surin, and Laguna for orders over 5,000 THB from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (excluding holidays). Free delivery is limited to one order per specified address. Repeat deliveries are subject to a fee.
Express delivery - 30 min +100 THB
300-400 THB within 2-3 hours to remote areas of Kata, Karon, Phuket Town, Rawai, and Chalong
Overnight delivery from 8:59 PM to 8:59 AM is available upon request; the cost and delivery time are calculated individually.

Delivery details

The delivery time must be agreed upon with a representative by telephone. Delivery times are at least 1 hour apart. During peak periods, delivery times may be extended. The seller reserves the right to adjust delivery rates at its sole discretion, depending on the workload of courier services and their rates.
If the recipient is not at the specified address at the agreed-upon time, re-delivery will incur an additional charge.
Please note! Couriers may be delayed beyond the agreed-upon time on February 13-14, March 5-6-7-8, New Year's Day, September 1, Mother's Day, and other holidays and pre-holiday days. On these holidays, delivery times are at least 4 hours apart.
After placing your order, our manager will contact you by telephone or other means to confirm your order and confirm a convenient delivery time.

Terms of flower delivery on holidays

Public holidays include: February 13-14. September 1, Mother's Day, New Year holidays December 31 - January 08, Christmas January 6-7

On public holidays, the Seller sets the cost of delivery, the delivery interval and the minimum order amount at its own discretion based on the workload of florists and the delivery service.

In the period from March 5 to March 9, delivery is carried out only on a paid basis. The minimum order amount for delivery is 5000 THB excluding the cost of delivery.
