  • Express delivery - 30 min +100 THB
  • 200-300 THB within 2-3 hours to remote areas of Kamala, Kata, Karon, Phuket Town
  • Minimum order amount is 3000 THB.
  • Night delivery from 20:59 to 08:59 is possible upon agreement, the cost and delivery time are calculated in this case individually.

Delivery details

  1. Within Bang Tao, when ordering goods from 3000 THB, delivery is free only in the time interval from 09:00 to 21:00
  2. The delivery time is agreed with the employee by phone. The delivery interval is at least 1 hour. During peak hours, the delivery interval may be increased. The seller has the right to regulate delivery rates at its own discretion, depending on the workload of courier services and their rates.
  3. If the recipient is not at the specified address at the agreed time, then re-delivery is paid additionally.
  4. Attention! On February 13-14 and March 5-6-7-8, New Year, September 1, Mother's Day and other holidays and pre-holidays, couriers may be delayed from the agreed time. On these holidays, the delivery interval is at least 4 hours.
  5. After placing an order, our manager will contact you by phone or other means to confirm the order and clarify a convenient delivery time for you.
  6. The minimum order amount for delivery or pickup is 3000 THB. For a smaller amount, you can choose the product from the store's stock.

On public holidays, the Seller sets the cost of delivery, the delivery interval and the minimum order amount at its own discretion based on the workload of florists and the delivery service.

In the period from March 5 to March 9, delivery is carried out only on a paid basis. The minimum order amount for delivery is 5000 THB excluding the cost of delivery.
